Thankful Thursday!

Boy am I thankful it's Thursday!

Reason #1 I am thankful today;

After studying my toosh off, early this morning I finally took my first Anatomy and Physiology 2 exam and have it off my chest! Now here's to hoping and praying for that A. Aside that, Barnes and Noble, am I ever thankful for! They play an integral part in my (and Andrews) education by providing perfect studying conditions and drinks.

#2. I am thankful that I got to spend the weekend with a a good friend that makes me laugh and knows how to have fun! We go far back, about 14 years and I couldn't be more thankful that Chelsey came to visit.

# 3. I am thankful that I can finally make a home cooked, not leftover meal tonight for the first time in about a week! Due to studying and the past few days I'm ready to cook. I haven't quite decided what but something with chicken since I bought a bunch of chicken breasts for cheap ($9 for a weeks worth) at Albertson's! If you have any recommendations I would be delighted to hear.

#4. I am thankful for meeting Andrew for the first time ever 3 years ago from yesterday. Who knew a simple hike with some friends would lead to us being married almost a year now? My mom always told me regarding finding Mr. Right that "It would just happen out of nowhere." She is a wise woman.

Vaguely how it played out was I came rushing into a friends apartment and he was waiting there on the couch for everyone to arrive. I had a bowl of oatmeal in my hands and was trying to shovel it down only to see this handsome guy sitting there. He was wearing frat shades so I made sure to give him a hard time all the way up the mountain yet somehow managed to be wearing them by the top, which he also made sure to arrive at first. Fast forward a week to Valentines day... that's for next week!

#5. I am thankful that every day is a fresh start! One of my favorite songs "Who Wouldn't Wanna Be Me?" by Keith Urban say's it well.
